Pho 75 Rebrand

This project was a collaboration project where graphic designers and interior designers worked together to redesign an already existing restaurant within a specific culture. The culture my group was assigned was Vietnamese culture and we redesigned the Pho 75 restaurant located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Pho 75 is a Vietnamese food chain restaurant that serves a variety of pho soup bowls that can be paired with lots of different kinds of meat, specialty drinks from the culture, and desserts as well. The 75 is very important in the name because it represents the year 1975, which was the end of the Vietnam War. In 1975, during the end of the Vietnam War, lots of Southern Vietnamese left the country to seek refuge in other countries. That is how the Southern-Style Pho became popular in other parts of the world, especially in America.
